Brazos VIP Media Mails Biggest Cooperative Direct Mail Magazine B/CS Mailboxes Have Ever Seen, By 50%

Brazos VIP Magazine and Brazos Home Magazine, the Brazos Valley's new "two in one" dynamic duo of a cooperative direct mail magazine and home magazine combo that is mailed to Bryan-College Station's 25,000 highest income single-family homes, added a combined 12 new advertisers and 16 pages.

At 48 pages it will be 50% larger than any coop mail, pure-advertising magazine ever mailed in the Brazos Valley. Prior to this mailing, the largest magazine that the newcomer to the space, Brazos VIP Magazine, or their local competitor who has been in the market for about half a decade, Brazos Monthly Magazine, had ever mailed was 32 pages.

Brazos VIP Magazine and Brazos Home Magazine aren't done growing. "Bigger is better" is their mantra.

Publisher David Flash says, "The best thing a coop mail publisher can do for current advertisers is to go out and sell more advertisers in business categories consumers want to see. Make a better product. Make it make a noise when people drop it on the table."

For over 18 years of his 20 year career in local ads, Flash has specialized in 100% advertising publications with response-oriented ads, mostly coupon books and direct mail magazines, along with coupon and deal websites.

"One common denominator of successful cooperative coupon programs, be they online or in print, handed out or mailed, is content. Without a lot of great ads and offers to make a consumer keep a publication or join a deal site, nothing works. The player with the most quality content wins for their advertisers by better serving consumers who interact with their medium," says Flash.
